I have just completed my third stint at HealthQuest Physical Therapy Troy (located on John R just north of Big Beaver). I was there once for a shoulder issue and twice for leg issues. Dave Walters (PT) and Tyler Maddock (PTA) are both very professional and very well versed in how to get one out of pain, fix imbalances, strengthen weaknesses, and set up a plan for continued success post PT. I have been to several other PT facilities, but this is the best. I was referred here by Dr. Kaspo after my jaw surgery, and I'm glad I listened to him. Tyler knew just what to do, and made every effort to make me comfortable. The whole staff is friendly, and the facility is very clean and inviting. Will definately go back there when needed.
I started physical therapy with Dave Walters at the Troy location for some rotator cuff issues. The pain in my left shoulder was constant and affecting my sleep and daily routine. After a few appointments and some at home exercises my shoulder was beginning to feel better. I continued with therapy for about 6 weeks and the pain is no longer constant and mostly gone unless I overdue it. I will continue my exercises at home and expect it will continue to improve!
