I can't call my physical therapist from a LANDLINE!!! the automatic message system doesn't recognize button selections. You have to use a cell phone to call this number or you wont get through! Should be illegal
This clinic is so corrupt that it’s dangerous to the health and safety of the patients that go there seeking honest, safe treatment and healing. There should be an audit of this clinic because this place commits healthcare fraud by UPCODING. “UPCODING” is: Billing for a more expensive service than the patient actually received. I hate to leave a mediocre review but I just didnt get the feeling from my PT therpapist that she really cared. Every time I went for a visit, it was just the same thing said over and over again. I think I went 4 times and quit. I got very little out of it.
