Beware!! Do not sign anything.. They have you sign several different contracts. One says that you can terminate at anytime and only be responsible for products and services provided. However, in tiny small print apparently on another contract says that you can only cancel if you are completely compliant with the program as instructed and they determine if you have been or not. Which is extremely strict. Please, do not allow this company to take advantage of you.
Not a good experience. I had a severe reaction to the detox and expressed my concerns and asked about discontinuing. I was told it would be no problem... fast forward to more than 5 months of payments after I canceled my plan. Customer Service is horrible and corporate is worse. I left multiple messages and emails with no response until I contacted corporate. Allison with Customer Service/ Corporate actually laughed at me TWICE. Not professional. Terrible company! Do NOT join! Inconsistent advice, a lot of telling me what I did wrong afterward but not very proactive to help me avoid making the mistakes to begin with. This program is not forgiving. They advertise you can have the occasional drink but you can’t without negative results. RecommendedI have been going to Medical Weight Loss for about 7 months. The Gainesville office staff have been amazing! They are very supportive and helpful! They are considerate and understanding.
