Staff was friendly and professional. Therapists were caring and observant of physical limitations.
I was so pleased with my experience at New Braunfels Healthlink Therapy. From the 1st day to the last day of my therapy the staff was very supportive & helpful. The therapy center is very clean with lots of windows to the outside for a bright cheery feeling. If you have to spend time in therapy happiness helps. My therapist, Lulu Keresztes was amazing! She takes the time to explain your therapy plan & always listens to any concerns. I truly appreciate all the help that she gave me!
I had an excellent experience at Healthlink. Sabrina, Ashley, Bryan, and Lulu were all incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping me with my therapy. They took the time to explain everything clearly, tailored the exercises to my needs, and made each session both effective and engaging. On top of that, the front desk experience was seamless—Nancy made scheduling appointments super easy and always greeted me with a smile and great energy.
Bryan was phenomenal and very patient! Every person working there was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Health Link for anyone who needs PT!
Extremely disappointed with this office. I called my doctor to have a referral sent here specifically because they had an earlier opening. I took time off work, arrived early for my appointment, and only then was told that the physical therapist who treats vertigo is on vacation. This should have been communicated before my appointment was scheduled.
