The therapist was so nice gentle, Very detailing on things I have to do at home.
It is always a pleasure to encounter someone who clearly takes their work seriously and performs it with genuine compassion. Teresa (Tee) was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that my mother was properly scheduled for her appointments, and she consistently kept me informed of any cancellations in order to secure an earlier appointment for her. This is an excellent example of what true customer service should be.
They are very friendly and professional.
