6/18/26 update: If I were you, I’d go somewhere else! Despite multiple conversations with a manager named Dora, my issue has still never been resolved. Because of my Health Savings account and and the Baptist staff's inability to give me a proper receipt that says I paid for services on this date with this card, I have to pay back over $500. The people at the office have never returned my phone call, the manager Dora sent another statement of my visits and the cost, but no where does it say how I paid for them, so the statem... read more
Amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and supremely helpful staff who are consistently eager to help me execute the therapeutic techniques to improve my mobility. I greatly value this P. T. location over and above the facilities I’ve needed!
To get a one because they don't ever call back or answer the phone. On top of that they don't schedule a lot appointments in the therapists are busy so you end up past 30 days and they cancel you through no fault of your own and when they do this it causes you to be canceled when you go on vacation even though you haven't even missed any time yet because they are so incompetent. This place is a joke Go somewhere else.
Jamie, the orthopedic therapist, she is excellent and I am very pleased with her. She has done such a good job on my hand and I'm so grateful for her.
