Jamie, the orthopedic therapist, she is excellent and I am very pleased with her. She has done such a good job on my hand and I'm so grateful for her.
I’m a big believer in the good physical therapy can do, and I’d much rather get treatment than take meds, but I have been very disappointed by the staff. I use a medical benefits card to pay, which requires a receipt showing the treatment and the payment from that account. Somehow, it is impossible for me to obtain these from them. The secretary who answers the phone is rude and acts like she’s doing me a favor instead of the job she is paid to do.
