i booked 2 days before surgery then paid, but hospital changed the plan so i cancelled the transportation one day before the operation, and got fully refunded. Didn’t expect a full refund, but they did it.

Excellent service. Very prompt on both trips. courteous, professional, and both drivers were very good. Took excellent care of passenger. Would recommend to others who needs a transport.

I cannot remember the gentlemen's name who helped us transfer my uncle home from the hospital. My uncle has stage 4 cancer, is 300lbs, and bed bound. The man that helped us was very professional and drove my mom and uncle very slowly back to my uncles house late at night. He was patient and helped us get my uncle into his house and even helped us get him safely back to his bed. I will never ever use them again! The driver was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Make sure your doors are unlocked when they stop for gas. Me and another senior citizen were left in the car with the doors locked and it got so hot in there that I got sick. The other lady was on a breathing machine and he didn't care. Mr.Owner, you can cover all want! I have the license plate, plus that driver did stop for gas and he had another patient with him.
