Simone and Shae are incredible physios. They are also so kind and caring. Our daughter needed a full cast for a fracture. Unfortunately we had heard about the long wait times at the fracture clinic and that it only operates on a Wednesday. We were recommended by a friend to try Health Focus for a cast and they were so great with our daughter. Shae explained everything so well and eased any of my daughter's worries. Thank you 😊 It also saves waiting hours at the fracture clinic!
Friendly service and the physio therapist Shae was nothing short of amazing! Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and diligent, while at the same time warm and caring. Fixed my shoulder in one visit. Highly recommended!
Hopeless they have no idea or CARE don't bother!!!!!!!
