Another FSA that makes reimbursement a pain. I have to enter names and addresses in the app just to submit a $38 Walmart pharmacy receipt. I really miss my federal FSA that took care of 95% of the reimbursement work. Ultimately these companies are not worth the time you spend saving a $100 in tax money. Not to mention there's frequently app technical issues that they can't help with if you call them. Zero star of company.
Been calling to receive my card for a few months now and the same thing has been said “you’ll receive your card in 7-15 business days.” My card has not arrived and each month I wait, more money has been pulled. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, from the looks of other reviews it looks like this company is a scam.
Absolutely useless company. Every time I go to withdraw my money or pay a medical provider, there's an issue. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, every single time.
Worst of the worst. Hoping this company goes under and no one else has to suffer the shocking level of ineptitude displayed by this dumpster fire.
