I'm unable to use passkeys, so I can't log in to their website. They are unable to manage HSA investment options over the phone or any other alternative methods. I'm SOL and they have no interest in the accessibility of my account.
Never been associated with this company and they are sending letters saying I owe money. Good luck
They have a terrible website. It has been problematic for years but is now even worse. There is roughly a one-in-four chance that logging in will work; it usually just says "access denied, try loging out and back in," despite having set up a passkey and authorizing access on my phone each time. HealthEquity has been my health savings account (HSA) custodian for decades. But they locked me out of my account a month ago. Despite working with their support people for MANY hours, their new passkey system still prevents all of my devices from logging in. (See many similar tales of woe on Reddit). With difficulty, I am closing my HSA and moving it to Fidelity.
