This has to be one of the worst websites in healthcare. Beyond the clumsy navigation and low-res UI, the fact that I need 2 different passwords for HealthEquity and EZ Receipts is mind boggling. I can get to EZ receipts when I log into HealthEquity first, but I can't login to EZ recipts from the app with the same credentials. And the EZ receipts app is the only part of their digital landscape that actually makes sense. Just got an email informing me about new fees. $3.25 per month admin fee but the one that is worse is the $25 close account fee. They get you either way..
What an absolutely miserable company and an even worse website. I spent over an hour on the phone, was told I had to reset my password, did exactly that with their own rep on the line, and then—like clockwork—they locked me out for 24 hours and told me to call back on Monday. I submitted an HSA fund transfer weeks ago and the money is still in limbo somewhere, but don't worry they took a $25 fee to do something that costs them nothing. The real reason for my review however is they clearly saturate theirs with fake 5-star reviews. No financial institution let alone a health one is going to have 4.9 stars at thousands of reviews lol.
