Probably the worst claims team I have ever dealt with
You will get nickeled and dimed to death with fees. Account fees, investment fees, advisor fees. They also pay virtually NO interest. If you don't mind all these fees in return for a health based website, then so be it. However, they ignored my request to refund some questionable advisor fees. So I moved all my money to another institution that has NO fees and pays a hefty interest rate. Of course there was a account closure fee.
Awful to deal with. Started requiring a passkey to even use their website or app. On my Samsung phone it is really just a pin number but to set it up you have to remember your password which how many of us do. On a desktop computers, you need to buy a passkey, there are a few different ones that you have to get the correct kind, remember your Microsoft account password to set it up. Worst HSA company I've ever encountered. Every single run of my card requires a follow-up receipt and they ALL get denied. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had a single denial from any other HSA company my employer has used. This company is just a scam masked as a business.
They ruined the most powerful retirement account available to retail investors. Very disappointed with this predatory Utah company. Not surprised their stock is down -31% in one year.
