I don’t know what has changed in the last 4 months but holy crap you guys suck. First of all I was locked out of my account for 3 weeks because customer service said “wait for 5 business days and try again”. Finally got that fixed then noticed my last 3 CHECKS hadn’t been entered in yet. Fast forward to today and I called to confirm my balance because I absolutely do not trust the app anymore. They said I have over $300 to spend.. just tried to pick up my prescriptions.. there was only $24 available to spend. Figure this out... read more
Health Equity has dragged their feet on letting me close out my account and transfer from their HSA to another one. Furthermore, their notice telling me to jump through more hoops had typos and formatting issues. They do not seem like a very professional company.
Worst company ever. Stole all the HSA savings I had over the course of 2 years on admin fees and paper bills sent to who knows where. Don't do it!
Taken me over two months to get MY money from my account. Now, they’re saying there’s an issue with my reimbursement even after they already accepted it with all the proper documentation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
This is the first FSA I've had where they deny a majority of my claims. I've provided the receipts from the provider along with the charges to my credit card only to have them reject the claim without reason. They refuse to give me MY money. I've paid way more out of pocket than I've put into it. They are as bad as any insurance company. They just want to deny everything so they can keep your money at the end of the year. I will not have an FSA next year. Horrible company.
