Absolute Scam! I’m genuinely shocked at these positive reviews. I’ve had to call customer service over a dozen times, to get nothing but the run around. They refuse to pay claims on my 2024 HRA, even when the $ has been there to pay them for months. Not one person has been able to explain why they won’t cover them. Terrible business practices and no accountability and or transparency. I would enjoy to see the failure of this “company.”
If you must change your name, be prepared to pay for a special certified copy of your marriage certificate (or other evidence) just for this company. This company holds the special distinction of refusing to return my marriage certificate. Although I left a note requesting it to be mailed back, they ignored it and probably shredded my certificate. Long long long wait times when calling
$8,000 missing, no one cares My company switched providers, so I tried to transfer my money to the new provider. Almost $8,000 was diverted to an "internal transfer", and they can't account for it. They claim a check was sent to the other provider, but they can't provide a check number and it never got there. The worst part is that I have been on the phone with them daily, and I get a new person every day who makes me explain the problem all over again.
