Yesterday was my first day outside since my ankle surgery. I needed wheelchair transport to my f/u appointment. I told the scheduler I had no stairs but there is one step down/up from my home. They said no problem. The driver immediately told me that if I ever called for another ride without getting a ramp that he’d cancel the ride. He repeated this again in the van. Don’t bother calling, no one picks up the phone or returns voicemail messages, not sure how they have any customers.
Phenomenal service! Professional and great communication! My driver Andres went above and beyond and Majo was also amazing. Cannot recommend this company enough!
Required Medical Transport after Ankle Replacement from Tampa General to Naples (165 miles). Service provided by Healthcare Transportation LLC was handled Professionally and I Highly Recommend. Addionally, cost of service was very reasonable. Hope this review is helpful.
