I want to express my disappointment with the recent online chat experience. The representative used rude and unprofessional language, typing in all caps without any justification. Just because I asked one simple question.Due to this, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. The way your representative responded was condescending, treating my simple question with unnecessary rudeness. This behavior is utterly unacceptable.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK! This place will scam out of your money. Stay far away from this bank. Customer is terrible. No accountability with the staff. Charges ridiculous fees to steal money from customers. YOUR MONEY AND PRIVACY IS NOT PROTECTED HERE. They charged me $30 per transaction when my account didnt not have the funds and never thought to fraud protect my account by locking it or sending a text to confirm transactions. Terrible customer service. The main customer service person yells at you from the time you begin speaking, and then refuses to do anything to help you, but says, “I was going to have you go do it in your app, sir/ma’am.” Meanwhile, I have already explained several times that I’m not sure that I know how to get into the app because I don’t really use the accounts there anymore.
