TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I have now been on hold for over 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone. This happens EVERYTIME I call, I have yet to EVER reach a real person. Next I am calling my insurance company to report them for fraud! They enrolled me a monthly supply program I want out of! I am paying hundreds each month (after insurance) for supplies I will never use! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, use Hart Medical or another company!

It is excruciating getting help from this place. First I'm told there are insurance issues. Then I'm told someone can come to my house, then I'm told that's not possible. Hold times on the phone are ridiculous (30 minutes at least). They open at 8am but no one answers the phone - it keeps going to their answering service. Horribly managed place. Concerning to me that this place is supposed to help people. I'd rather go without help. There has to be a better way.
