I had been paying HFA for well over a year on a agreed upon payment plan. I began to notice that I was not being billed regularly. So therefore I missed a couple of payments. I like most people need to be sent a bill that is not auto drafted or I don't remember to pay. I receive a bill I send a payment that simple. Well, now they have placed my account in collections.
