i came in with some back pain and left feeling so much better. the therapist really knew what they were doing and gave me exercises to do at home. it was a busy place but they got me in quick. i will definitely be going back if i need more help.
All of my therapist and techs were amazing.great sense of humor that made the work go much easier. I felt really cared about.
Health Actions has really made my life a lot better recently after discovering tendinitis in my elbow and knee. Heather Spann has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me get my range of motion back in my knee and elbow!! My pain and discomfort have continued to diminish over the time that I have been coming here and she has given me a lot of tool ideas to add to my at home tool box in order to feel the best that I can.
This place is awesome. I love going to physical therapy because they are friendly and just a good group of people, Alex is one of the best.
WOW....there's not enough adjectives to describe my experience and enjoyment coming to Health Action for PT. I'm greeted by the sweetest, Bethani and Mandy, with their infectious smiles and laughter. The care I'm given by many, PT's, PTA's and assistants is above and beyond. Hannah,Alex,Heather,Ashley, Haley ,Dillion and Michelle, these are the ones who I have worked with.
