I called this clinic and before booking my 1st appointment I asked if they could bill my work insurance for me. They told me they did do this. So I started coming here. The grouchy front desk people, there are 2 on the desk, when I came the 1st time, did not even tell me their names or call me by name. They had me sign an insurance form electronically. I went to see Shawn Fontaine, a physiotherapist at Health Within, for a neck, shoulder and upper back problem on the advice of a friend. When I went there I did not feel very welcomed by the 2 receptionists at the front. This being my first time at the clinic you would think they would welcome me. Not at all. Five stars to Dr. Rodwin, she’s been amazing with mine and my wife’s chiro treatment. We both suffer from lots of neck, back and body pain but since we’ve been to Dr. Rodwin just a few times she has made our mobility so much better and less migraine attacks etc. She’s also very knowledgeable, down to earth and cares very much about her patients. I have been a client with Health Within Brookdale since moving to Cornwall. When circumstances had me changing to Dr. Rodwin I was hesitant. Dr. Rodwin is a treasure! Highly informative and professional. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Rodwin, she is amazing! Unfortunately I was so disappointed as my appointment today was lacking the treat of being able to see and cuddle her wee puppy Lilly. Such an adorable puppy, I never realized such an added bonus a therapy dog can provide!
