Today was my initial appointment with Megan Healey for a 30 minute massage. As an athlete, usually there’s rapport built with my former RMT’s and a discussion on how things are going/what I should do based on areas of muscle tension etc- but today’s massage felt very, “get-in-and-get-out”. There was no other person visible my entire visit, but it still felt rushed and rather impersonal.
