*GREAT* VERY BIG. VERY CLEAN..NEAT.. ORDERLY. People are so kind and friendly all you have to do is stop and ask ANYWHERE and these lovely ladies will get you to you proper location FAST.. I always have a very easy straight up, good, in, out experience here and have yet to report a bad one in.... Oh, 10 years or something or however long it's been here. Great job guys!!
Horrible experience in their imaging dept downstairs. I had an ultrasound appt at 4:30, when I got there the radiologist asked the tech if he needed to stay and she said “no, you can go home”(right in front of me) then proceeded to tell me I needed to reschedule my appt because the radiologist just left… I wish I was joking….. I wouldn’t recommend Health and Wellness center to my worst enemy.
I got an ultrasound done here for a growth scan on my baby. I don’t know the name of the tech but my scans always felt rushed, everytime I asked a question, the technician would answer me in a way to seem bothered or annoyed. I asked just for 1 picture in 3D to see my baby’s face & she told me “we don’t have time for that here”. Seems like they only care for the money here.
