She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I love their products and local vendors are supported extensively at their store. This is my favorite store and I will always be a forever customer.
If I could leave a review with zero stars I would . I called to ask if the had honey. The lady on phone assured me they had the size I wanted and That the honey was local. I drove 40 minutes one way to arrive at the store which didn't have the item I wanted. And the lady was rude and sarcastic. Asked her where honey was from she said holbrook. I looked at honey and the label was changed to show low. If you plan on shopping her make sure they verify. I won't be shopping at this store ever. I don't appreciate a store that lies... read more
