Unprofessional impression. I made an appointment and called to confirm the day before since the lady said she couldn’t confirm my insurance coverage initially. Turns out the man who took down my info wrote down the wrong info with many spelling errors. Then I found out they CHANGED my appointment time to an earlier time without any notification whatsoever.
