Health SOS 1 Hanson Place is one of the most helpful and positive physical therapy offices, from the welcoming and highly effective front office staff, to the amazingly caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated physical therapists, to the unusually informed, clear, and supportive trainers. CRAPPY PT !! enormous inconsistency in their therapists, from good to absolutely awful - my last visit they worked on areas that I was not being treated for, and hurt me to the point that I walked out with new injuries that I didn't have when I walked in - then one of their prima donna therapists refused to treat me because of a small lipoma (fatty cyst) on my back (I was being treated for tears in my right shoulder), unless I had a biopsy! where did he go to medical school ??! if you try to cancel an appointment same day (w... read more
Came to physical therapy when I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Was a bit of a non-believer in the benefits of pt. I’ve been a runner for over 25 years. The crew at 1 Hancock Place are professional personable and experts in what they do. In less than six weeks I was running again. Thanks!!
I will never go anywhere else for PT the specialists here truly care about your healing journey. Daria and Randy are amazing to work with Daria helped me heal my torn meniscus and Randy with my torn rotator cuff. Tarik with the entertainment to distract me from the painful exercises I must do I look forward to my weekly sessions and highly recommend them to anyone needing help to heal.
