Rudest staff I've ever dealt with.
Had a CT scan and the experience was very positive. Started with a Security guard walking me to the door of the room I was to be at. Reception was pleasant and provided me with required paperwork to be filled out. Nurse and technician were incredibly friendly and professional. My appt was for 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:45am and was back at the parade in my car by 8:55 am. What more could one ask for. Thanks to all the staff.
I’m giving a 5 ⭐️ review not based on my experience in the waiting room, though it wasn’t bad (6.5 hour wait). I was considered low priority, this was reasonably short for wait time for HSC. But my experience once I got in was really good. The help I got from nurses and the doctor and their service providers was wonderful. I walked out with so much information and help I am so grateful.
