THIS PLACE DOES’T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR PLEASE GET BETTER PEOPLE AT THE DESK THEY DON’T NEED TO BE RUDE ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU ASK SERIOUS’S QUESTIONS ABOUT A LOVED ONE… ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR AN EMERGENCY CONTACT FOR THE PATIENT!!! MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Im sure I would rather die at home then have to spend any time in HSC emerg. Nurses/docs on A5 are fantastic
Rudest staff I've ever dealt with.
I’m giving a 5 ⭐️ review not based on my experience in the waiting room, though it wasn’t bad (6.5 hour wait). I was considered low priority, this was reasonably short for wait time for HSC. But my experience once I got in was really good. The help I got from nurses and the doctor and their service providers was wonderful. I walked out with so much information and help I am so grateful.
