Such a rude and unprofessional experience. Every other pharmacy I’ve been to takes the time to check my information and help me properly, but this woman didn’t even take the time to look into my issue. She simply told me to go upstairs, so I went up, but it’s not walk in don’t give the wrong information to people and I ended up going to another pharmacy, and they were able to give me my medication without any problem. I’m honestly very disappointed with the way I was treated.

One star is generous. Two weeks of delays and unbelievably rude behaviour. Absolutely disgraceful service. We spent two weeks trying to get a compounded medication refill. Whenever we called, we were rushed off the phone, told it wasn’t ready, and told not to call again. No explanation. No useful update. Just attitude! as if asking about medication we were waiting for was some outrageous inconvenience. They were supposed to call us when it was ready. They didn’t. I had my prescriptions filled at two other pharmacies for 10 years and had bad experiences at both. I switched to this pharmacy last year and wow—what a difference.(I wish I had done it sooner!) The staff are professional, friendly, and truly efficient. On top of that, you can feel that they genuinely care about you and your health. Thank you so much, and kudos to this wonderful team.
