Great shiatsu session with Andrew last week.
Health Quarters is a great gym to be part of. You be become part of the community and have support not just from the Personal Trainers but everyone around you. Diego and Sebastian are great in listening and supporting you through the classes.

Staff were very welcoming and supportive. Explained the exercises very well and directed us to do them safely. Thoroughly enjoyable workout environment. Great facilities and, on top of that, great coffee too!
On a recent visit to Tauranga I stumbled across Healthquarters and did a much needed strength workout with Sebastian. I was impressed with the friendly welcome and the focus on technique. The perfect blend of encouragement to 'go the extra mile' with care to avoid injuries. I'd love a gym like this in my neighbourhood.
