Rude and annoying. Keep sending me letters I’m over due but I am not, rung them up and the man told me my partners name is a girls name Would not recommend
Applied for a fixed rate home loan at 5.29%, got approved within 2 weeks and they sent us fancy looking bank cards saying "congratulations" but the documents offered 5.69% interest rate and not even "locked", so apparently if you proceed from there who knows what interest rate you'll end up on. I'm not a home loan expert but as a consumer it seems like a weird way of doing business and winning customers over. Fabulous bank with great interest rates, good app and lovely staff. Unfortunately it takes around an hour on hold to get into contact with them should you need anything. Really need to improve the wait times.
Researching to look to changing but unfortunately no response from this bank at all!!! Not a good indicator to start with. Sorry ... you have lost my potential business!
On hold for 58 minutes and then had phone call mistakenly diverted, and problem not resolved. Unbelievable wait times!
