They have helped me overcome my bulging disk pain, the clinical pilates sessions are so so good for me and help me with any issues in my aging body. I wish I had started this 30 years ago. Health Point Physiotherapy is an excellent Pilates Studio. The Physiotherapists are extremely good at training you how to do the exercises. They constantly supervise you and help you to do the exercises correctly so that you get the most benefit. They are patient and above all encouraging. I started with a sore shoulder and sore knees and now the sore ness in the shoulder has gone and my knees are much better. Also I am considerably stronger than when I started. I would highly recommend this Pilates studio.
I have been attending Health Point Physio. for several years now. I have always been impressed with their friendly and professional assistance in their Pilates classes as well as their physiotherapy sessions. Margarita, is exceptional and thorough with her technical understanding to injuries and what equipment and excises to apply. She successfully cured my hip which was injured from knee surgery 15mths ago and is now treating a long drawn out post knee surgery recovery which is also progressing well. Highly recommend and thank you!
