Unorganized and unprofessional. Staff needs to be trained on how to communicate with patients professionally and accurately. I called with a simple inquiry regarding my insurance and ended the conversation with more questions than I had before.
Dr. Kyle is awesome. I like that he utilizes different methods to help cure. He has significantly helped my shoulder problem, and explained the root-causes. I look forward to going back. He is my go-to guy now.
