I needed to change my PCP and they said it couldn’t be done until the beginning of next month when I needed it to be done asap since I’m 6 months pregnant and needed a referral to an obgyn they said I could go to the current PCP which has a 2.6 rating on google to get referred to someone by them! Now I have to wait another 3 more weeks to be able to get a referral by the PCP I chose by that time I’ll already be 7 months!!!! No help at all or understanding of their users
