Brittany is so good at what she does! She really helped me isolate the attitudes that perpetuate poor health choices so i could stop the cycle and start better habits without feeling the pressure to do it perfectly. I definitely recommend her health coaching services! You'll learn a lot about yourself and a lot about nutrition. She also helps by providing great resources to help you on your journey.
