Jack is super knowledgeable and has truly mastered his expertise in this field. He provided a thorough assessment prior to beginning the session, and it was a huge help to understand the areas where my body was struggling the most, after living in chronic pain for years. Highly recommend!!
Jack is very knowledgeable and has a wide range of skills, including massage, cupping and dry needling. I am feeling improvements already after just the first session. I also received a very thorough report and a customised exercise plan. I would definitely recommend Jack to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being.

Jack is an amazing therapist, he listens and treats in accordance to how the body responds. Very tailored approach and I appreciate the progress that has been made reducing the stress pain in my hip after years of desk work. Dry needling and Cupping, certainly gets great results.

After just three sessions, and by consistently following the exercises he provided, my range of motion and posture have improved significantly.
