Really disappointing chair massage. She didn’t want to touch my skin, barely touched my neck. Only once went to lower back. To me, chair massage is all about neck, shoulders and back. She put a towel over my back in order to massage (yes, I had a shirt on). She spent 80 percent of the time on my right shoulder blade. Didn’t even go down the arm to hands. They'll work your knots right out! Wow.
I have been going here quite often. While the massage was good, they are very noisy!!! I went today and was very unhappy while the masseuse took a couple of phone calls during the massage leaving me along, talking out loud!! Keeping one phone on hand while talking and one hand massaging! Very unprofessional! Will not go back there again!
