Unprofessional and Disrespectful of Customers’ Time I had a very frustrating experience with this massage therapy centre. Appointments must be booked at least five days in advance, yet after waiting all that time, my appointment was cancelled just two hours before without even a courtesy call. I originally booked a one-hour massage but was later told I would only receive 30 minutes, which was already disappointing. It was my first time going there. I had booked for a massage with Ms Chanel for 30mins and she was amazing, by the time she was done I felt so much better. The only thing I regret was not booking for an hour. Thank you Ms Chanel
