I had high hopes for these meditations. Downloading these audios on my iPhone was really hard, and simply wasn't worth the time. A note to the company- If someone is paying for something, it should be easy to get and be high quality.

This product is really hard to use and costs too much money for Veterans. I just use a free app for meditation

I can't in good conscience recommend this product to the Veteran community. A doctor at the VA recently spoke to me about meditation, which spurred some research and I have been let down by what I have learned about this company. Supporting Veterans isn't a marketing tool to make money, but a mission statement.

This is an excellent company, with evergreen audios that really do help people. I know I get better sleep since listening to the Healthful Sleep audio and I recommended the surgery audio to a friend going through a tough surgery. He said it really helped him through the process and he recovered better than the docs expected.

So I truly don't understand why I just paid for this. Apparently there are many free apps that walk you through meditation and maybe some additional content cost literally a couple bucks but they would be more convenient. You might as well put on some Sade or Sarah McLaughlin and take a nap. That would probably be more beneficial. Also, I called in to their office to ask some questions about the programs they have and some lady named Bell Ruth or Belleruth, (not sure how to spell it), was completely rude and condescending to... read more
