Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the lymphatic system of the body. She takes great care to listen to your health history and listens well to what areas you need addressed. I always feel relaxed and have seen great improvements in my overall health. Specifically lymph massage has helped with my mobility and appearance of puffiness and swelling in my extremities. Lymph drainage is key to many issues in our bodies and Stephanie is the one to help!
