It was a great experience for me. The woman was very nice, Crystal. She was very knowledgeable and had a nice smile.
Changing from 2 star to 1 star. The wait time is inexcusable. There is no sense in urgency. 45 minute wait time in the drive through is crazy. And They STILL don’t prioritize medical patients anymore and the pre order line takes longer than just coming in without a pre order. It’s getting really bad with how slow the bud tenders are, especially on Fridays when it’s busy. Pre order and medical sitting here longer than recreation order is outrageous
