I started out by going to Health First to lose weight. I soon learned by eating right I was feeling so much better and my joints didn't hurt. The energy I was feeling was so exciting at that point I realized that my weight was only the beginning of my new way of eating. Started a program in January for the new year and I have to say I am very happy with my experience at Health First. Debra, the nutritionist and weight loss coach is very thorough and helped me lose 15 lbs. in four weeks and I have not been hungry at all.I also have no more bloating which for me is amazing. Thank you!!
