I was specifically referred to Erin Lynn to address a significant loss of range of motion in my shoulder. She quickly identified the issue (tight shoulder capsule), did some intense manipulation/massage, led me through a home exercise stretch routine and sent me on my way. I have returned once and I am confident I am on the road to recovery. As my doctor said, Lynn is a true shoulder specialist. I Highly recommend Erin !
Health First Physiotherapy is a great place where I received excellent support from Rickey. I came with pain in my knees and feet which got better after 3 sessions of physiotherapy. I went back to running, cycling and swimming. I strongly reccomend this place as everybody there is super nice and professional.
I have tried to find a Physiotherapist like Erin forever! I have gone for physiotherapy for the past 40 years but never found the relief that I had with the first one that retired back then. All the physiotherapists I went to would just give me exercises which I did diligently every day, talk me into ART (Active Release Therapy), IMS (painful but I stuck with it hoping to find relief) and anything else that was the latest and greatest! Erin is the most amazing Physiotherapist I have ever had and I previously had five other therapist. Erin really cares about her patients, not only does she treats them accordingly, but she goes out of her way to research and find solutions for them. I was very lucky to have found Erin as she is the first hands on therapist I met and she has been treating me for more than ten years. Thank you so much for your loving care, Erin.
I have been seeing Rickey for the last three and a half months to work on a shoulder with severe tendinitis. Rickey has been a miracle worker. I am happy to say that my shoulder is no longer causing me pain, and my mobility is better than before the injury. He is very compassionate and caring, which made the twice a week visits easy to attend. Thanks Rickey. The whole staff is excellent from the time you walk in the door until you exit.
