Unauthorized yearly subscription.
I had a membership with this company years ago. I cancelled my yearly subscription back in 2020 but every year they would continue to charge me despite every year requesting that they remove my subscription from their system. They take forever to respond so every year I had to get my Credit Card company to refund the payment until I was finally able to revoke the subscription on my card. Yet they are still sending me bills and trying to run my card again this year, despite years of requests to remove me from their systems.
We have worked with HFC for 3+ years as a vendor. They have been very easy to work with, all events are clearly marked with signage, user interface/website is seamless and in our experience, extremely user-friendly. Additionally, we have referred business to them to help organize their corporate health fairs - everyone we've referred has had a positive experience.
The website is not user friendly, and incredibly confusing. I love the idea of this company and we are able to still use it for coordinate our company health fair, however the website is just a headache. If it weren't for the website, I would give it at least 4 stars.
