There's nothing natural about this office. They push vax n antibiotics as soon as they can. Kerstin is very pushy n think she knows what's best for you n your children. They also lie about their policies n do not state them clearly n miss lead about their membership. Anna Grace, the front desk receptionist, ignores customers' requests n questions, does not respond to emails n rarely can you get anyone to answer the calls at the front desk.
