I was recently at Brentwood for Rehab for a month. I am a lot younger than moat of the patients and didn't need as much assistance as most of the residents. I thought the care there was excellent. They were always there when you needed them. They even catered to me with food choices. I would love to return to them by being a volunteer. I love all of them.
I don't know who the complainers are except ex employees. My mother is staying there right now. I never get an "I don't know" from the nurses, cna or administrators. They go out of their way to help out even when you lose it and are being irrational. My mother is very happy there, the only complaint she has is she doesn't like the food. I recently had my mother in Brentwood Nursing home for Rehab. Her stay there was exceptional. She had great cna's and nurses. Would definitely bring her back there if needed. S.Slaughter
DO NOT place your loved one at this facility. I go to see her and they can't find her, I ask the nurses something and their favorite answer is "I don't know". They are giving my mother so many drugs to keep her under control that she can't wake up to eat. She was there two weeks and her face was covered with bruises and she had 2 black eyes. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY. THEY HAVE THE MOST UNCARING STAFF I HAVE SEEN.
This place is "NOT" a fair place to work for! They don't back up there CNA's. If a nurse says something about a CNA, it stands. Very bad management.
