I’ve used both Megan and Danika for Physio and both are very easy to talk to and very sweet, they make you feel comfortable but also very good at what they do. I would recommend them for anyone with any sort of pains or aches they are both very knowledgeable and are great at explaining what’s wrong and how to fix it before just diving into it, you always walk out feeling much better than you walked in.

Matt is your guy for you out there who like deep pressure from your RMT because he can totally go there! I love that if I book for a general massage he’ll find the spots that need work but if I know what I want targeted he’ll do a full session of what I ask for. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been seeing Meghan for physio therapy for a few years now. She’s amazing. Super knowledgeable and takes time to explain to me the problems and what needs to be done to help . I always leave feeling a release and much better. Highly recommend
