JT has a calming presence and sets the healing tone from the minute you walk in his office. He is highly skillful in facilitating deep relaxation which allows for an optimal experience. I felt like I had a brain massage — such peace. I have had chronic insomnia for years! Tried everything to no avail. Since my hypnosis with JT, I am on my 9th night of much improved sleep.
