I had a great session at Health and Sport (Labrador, Gold Coast) where Kevin provided some much needed relief for my neck pain. Kevin was professional, informative, and not only addressed the pain but also shared tips to prevent it from returning. Honest service! Highly recommend!
The best massage therapist I’ve visited so far
Been to a number of different RMTs, but none of them had the same level of knowledge that Kevin had. He's very professional but able to make you feel comfortable, and is an excellent RMT if you are looking for sports related treatment. He was able to explain his science-based methodologies and identify specific muscles that were tight almost immediately, and released a lot of tension without having to dig in excessively.
