It's worth every penny spent, the staff is friendly and non judgmental, they help you! You learn how make good nutritional choices for the rest of your life. It's been over two years since I went through the program and I'm still within 5 lbs of the day I finished. I work 10 hours a day 5 days a week. I still have energy to walk 2 miles when I arrive home. I now row 3 to 6 miles a weekend. Truly life changing experience.
