Horrible billing issues. Even my provider’s office says they are “stuck in a contract” with them and admit they are awful. I cannot get an accurate itemized receipt. My account has been paid in full since my appointment 2 months ago, yet I have received a bill stating I owe a significant amount of money. Since the change in billing in the last 6 months, I've not been able to get the app to work to pay the monthly bills, so I was able to get a telephone number to speak with a Live Agent who said to me that they were sorry that the AI app service wasn't working for me but they were very helpful to help me pay my bills, & hopeful new updates will begin to give the patient a way to download the medical bill monthly statements with amounts paid by my insurance & co-pay amounts so I have a record for my medical files also as the I... read more
Terrible user experience with their payment app. Apple Pay just hangs and you can’t use a QR code to make a payment on your patient statement. You need better product designers.
I have tried too many times to count to establish my credentials to log on to this website. My provider has sent me information which I'm supposed to use to access the portal. In an attempt to use the steps, I discovered that they were evidently written by someone who knows absolutely nothing about the program, and who may not even know what a computer is.
