I stopped smoking marijuana cause I’m a horrible addict. I told the people at heally kindly to not reach out to me again as I am sober. Apparently that was not enough. They have repeatedly reached out on different numbers (keep in mind these are real people and is not a robot) today I got contacted again…I’m really angry. Not only do they charge 3 times the price for med cards they are literally now harassing me. Worst of worst, call call call no answer, leave message and no return call! Email and they replied with no resolution for not updating my prescription. WOW

The first appointment went well with Heally and my Semaglutide shipped on time and the first 3 month order was received. The next visit, I switched to Terzepitide and the Dr called 5 hours late. I had to text Heally for 5 hours to get the Dr to call and was never given a reason for the wait - just over and over again they are checking into it. I am still waiting for the full order to arrive. I received a partial order and was charged a 'high dosage charge' multiple times. I can only assume the multiple shipments on this 3 mo... read more
