Originally came to Healix for fascial stretching but it's turned into so much more. Healix takes a "whole body" approach and that even includes mind works. I'm aware we store emotions in our bodies which can restrict us mentally and physically. I've had chronic knee issues for five years and after two sessions with JJ I'm already experiencing relief.
