Healix, to me, is an advancement of stretch companies, in that the fascia/nerve layer is stretched but also deeply calmed and grounded. I think there’s room for both. Healix is important for this moment in time. There are many modalities available at Healix as well, that I have not tried. If Healix at all interests you, try it for free. I did.
