On a trip to trinity beach for a week from Vic . I booked an appointment with Tracey to relieve my aching knees,ankles ,feet thighs hips & lower back . I am a semi retired 63 yr old not overly fit from aches & pain .in my younger days played 4 sports all year round . Several injuries during these days (right knee in my mid twenties & left knee later on , fractured big toe, ti band a few . Beautiful calming space for a remedial massage. I had a lot of neck and shoulder stiffness from long distance cycling which Tracey expertly treated as well as a general assessment on any other muscle tightness contributing to the imbalances, thankyou!
