It was a wonderful experience for me. I was so comfortable with the ladies in the group. I've been able to touch on and in areas that I knew were there, but i didn't want to go there. This I Am retreat was such a great day, I brought my daughter and am going to be sure my other 3 daughters and husband spend a day with Denise and Susan. I have been implementing tools I learned everyday and it feels amazing!
