This was a wonderful experience! I wasn’t really sure what to expect as I’ve never had a Myofascial Release before. Erin made me very comfortable and let me know what to expect. She was incredibly intuitive with what to address. She mentioned what to expect in the filling days and how to support the body. Everything she explained helped and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I felt shifts in the following days. I would absolutely recommend her services! I plan to come back in the future.
