Such a sweet place with healing hands Highly recommended
I love spas! I went on a 2 day getaway here just for the spa and mineral pools. I had a 60 min massage with Matthew at 10am. It was the only appointment available so I guess this place is very popular. The place is like every other spa. Relaxing music in the background, warm tones, a water feature, and ambient lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. The massage started with a salt scrub which I was told prior. It was an amazing touch. My husband surprised me with a body and facial massage here, and it was absolutely amazing! I only wish I remembered the name of the person who did the service because they were incredible. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage.
I was concerned because to get to the spa, you need to walk through the rundown hotel hallway where the carpet is old and really smelly. But once in the spa, I enjoyed my facial with Marianne and soaking in the mineral pools. But I would NEVER stay in the resort.
I had a girls’ trip planned with my daughter to stay at Harrison Resort for the evening. Unfortunately, on our way there the freeway was completely blocked due to a serious accident, and we were unable to get through. We called several times to keep the spa updated on the situation, but despite the circumstances, they informed me that I would still be charged for the service we could not attend. This is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place.
