I booked a massage here and was disappointed with the entire experience. The masseuse brought me in late, was unenthusiastic about her job to the point I feel like she hated it. She asked if I was sore anywhere and I don’t feel like any extra attention was spent there. Overall it felt like a massage from someone’s just making it up as they went along and was trying to just eat up the time, going back and just repeating the same motions after she had moved on to a new area. My husband and I were staying in town for the weekend, but not at the hotel. We decided to book a couples massage so we could also get a day pass for the pools and it was SO worth it! Our massages were so relaxing and the massage therapists were friendly, knowledgeable and made us both feel comfortable. Then we had the rest of the afternoon to enjoy the gorgeous pools. Highly recommend! Great experience.
I had an amazing massage with Aarti K. at Harrison Hot Springs Healing Spa. It was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is very skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. I love spas! I went on a 2 day getaway here just for the spa and mineral pools. I had a 60 min massage with Matthew at 10am. It was the only appointment available so I guess this place is very popular. The place is like every other spa. Relaxing music in the background, warm tones, a water feature, and ambient lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. The massage started with a salt scrub which I was told prior. It was an amazing touch.
